PHYSICAL MEDICINE AND REHABILITATION (PHYSIATRY)
The rehabilitation service provides non-operative diagnosis and treatment to the injured and debilitated.
Dr. Gregory Stewart, Physiatrist, is medical director of the acute rehabilitation unit at the Tulane Lakeside Hospital campus. He additionally is an integral part of the Sports Medicine treatment team, providing care to athletes of Tulane and Loyola Universities' athletes.
Dr. Jacques Whitecloud, Physiatrist, performs electrodiagnostic studies and interventional spine procedures. His outpatient practice provides general musculoskeletal care in Orleans and Jefferson Parishes. Orthopedic residents rotate on his service during their PGY-I year.
